We recommend checking the external condition of the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears torn, opened, or unusually damaged, please take photos or videos of the package and product whenever possible.
For Batteries, Chargers, BMS units, and other electronic products, we strongly recommend keeping a complete Unboxing Video. This may help with verification if any issue is reported after delivery.
đ Failed Delivery / Product Return
If an order is returned due to the customer's absence, failure to respond to the courier, incorrect address, refusal to receive the package, or other customer-related reasons, Goo Gadget may disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for the respective customer.
In such cases, future orders from the same customer may require Advance Payment before the order can be processed.
